Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! These boxes aren’t legally binding, you can use them as an aid for understanding the legal language.
Article 1: General
By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Binilaos.
Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Article 1a: Age limit
Age restrictions apply: Binilaos does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.
Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed immediately and a return of the product(s) concerned will be required.
Article 2: Placing Order
By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Article 3: Price
The prices are indicated in pesos (₱), excluding the shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.
Article 4: Your information
If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.
Article 5: Orders and Lead Time
Orders can be placed through Facebook, Messenger, or phone.
For same-day orders, we recommend ordering at least 4–6 hours in advance.
Cut-off may apply depending on kitchen capacity. Large food bundles (₱7,000 and up) may require 1–2 days lead time, especially during peak seasons or weekends.
Orders are considered confirmed once details are finalized and payment is made (if applicable).
Article 6: Payment
We accept payments via GCash, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (COD). Some packages may require a reservation fee depending on size and ingredients.
Full payment must be completed before dispatch or upon rider arrival (for COD). We will send confirmation once payment is verified.
Article 7: Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. For same-day orders, cancellations are not allowed once cooking starts.
Refunds are allowed only if:
Orders are cancelled within the allowed window
Delivery is not fulfilled due to our fault
No refunds for incorrect addresses, failed deliveries due to customer unavailability, or late cancellations.
Article 8: Delivery
Deliveries are handled by Binilao’s or trusted third-party riders (e.g., Lalamove, Grab, etc.).
Delivery areas include Dasmariñas, Cavite and nearby locations within reach of our logistics.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the agreed time. If the recipient is not available, a second delivery may incur an additional fee.
Article 9: Food Quality & Handling
All food is freshly cooked and packed with care.
We recommend consuming the food within 4–6 hours of delivery.
Reheating instructions can be provided upon request.
Once delivered, we are not liable for spoilage due to improper storage or delays in consumption.
Article 10: Data Privacy
We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order (name, address, contact number).
Your personal data is kept confidential and will never be shared outside Binilao’s, except when required for delivery or by law.
Article 11: Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Binilao’s may update these Terms without prior notice.
Continued use of our services means you accept the current version posted.
